Thank you for your recent enquiry for a sewage system compliance/condition check. You have advised that you require a level 2 survey which includes: - Carry out an assessment of your current tank and discharge to advise if the system is compliant including x2 hours onsite - Report on compliance of your system - Report on condition of your system - Remedial options and costs if required - Assess with CCTV equipment where possible the outlet of the tank to determine the condition of any drainfield - Dye test where possible using water/hose onsite to assess where surface/rainwater is draining (ground level access only) - Provide guidance on building regs and general binding rules Please note that the results may be inconclusive depending on the normal working levels within the tank, access to the outlet and access to the downpipes. If you have had any issues in the past with your unit, we would recommend that you have a desludge of the system at the time of our visit as a minimum. Please speak to us if you are not sure what level of survey is required.

Compliance check level D
Thank you for your recent enquiry for a sewage system compliance/condition check.
You have advised that you require a level 4 survey which includes: - Carrying out an assessment of your current tank and discharge to advise if the system is compliant including x2 hours onsite - Report on compliance of your system - Report on condition of your system - Remedial options and costs if required - Assess with CCTV equipment where possible the outlet of the tank to determine the condition of any drainfield - Dye test where possible using water/hose onsite to assess where surface/rainwater is draining (ground level access only) - Provide guidance on building regs and general binding rules - One wastewater engineer, up to two hours onsite** - Desludge of 1000 gallons * - Jetter x1 hour onsite**
Please note that the results may be inconclusive depending on the normal working levels within the tank, access to the outlet and access to the downpipes.
A level 4 survey is the most commonly used as the desludge allows us to reduce the levels in the tank, the jetter can clean down the system and the drain runs to and from the tank (where access allows) and CCTV can be performed.
Please speak to us if you are not sure what level of survey is required.
*additional gallons can be removed at additional cost. **additional hours onsite for the wastewater engineer and jetter can be added for an additional cost, this will be discussed with you before any additional costs are incurred.
