As per our recent telephone conversation, please see below for phase one of the investigative works. This is to attend site, access the outlet to the land drain with CCTV and jetting equipment. The manhole is 2m x 2m and 750mm deep which is charged with water. The closest power supply is approx. 20m away from the manhole, we will use a submersible pump to pump the levels down and jet through and CCTV the run (note that CCTV might not be possible due to the silt in the land drain). The below allows up to three hours onsite and full report. Gate code as advised is 2608.
