Customer had been emailing and not had any responses

Corrective Action

Called and explained colleague in question was off sick. Team email sent to advise that if we cannot solve a problem, to share it.

Customer Feedback

Sandra was fine and knows that what she is asking is not the best course of action. Michelle is going to do a FOC survey on 13th April to work toward another solution.
