Works done to apply for permit but no invoice done
In Oct 2025 we quoted a permit application and permit fees, We did the permit, no invoice raised, customer says they paid off the back of the quote but we cannot find this. EA quoted permit fees and we sent through to accounts but not checked we had our payment in. This was on the install tracker.
