Summary

Problem

Charlie was booked to attend Upper Town End Farm, Flush House Lane, Holmbridge, Holmfirth, HD9 2RS between 8-12. He ran over and wasn't going to arrive until 1.30pm, customer was going out and access was needed to the property. Service had to be cancelled and rescheduled. Office was not aware until customer called to chase.
