If any additional parts or labour are required, these will be discussed and agreed with you onsite before any extra costs are incurred. We will contact you over the coming weeks to arrange a convenient date to ensure your system is serviced on time. Following on from our recent site visit, our engineer has advised that a de-sludge is required on your sewage system.

Detailed: Standard service of five number PortaPura sewage treatment plant. Includes one number wastewater engineer onsite for up to five hours, travel & mileage. Any additional parts or labour required will be agreed with you onsite before any additional costs are incurred. Tanker includes up to 2500 gallons across all five units and based on access for tanker within 30m of hardstanding.

Following on from our recent visit, our engineer has advised that a desludge of your system is required. Please note, this price is based on no access restrictions for a 6-wheeler vehicle and the unit is located within 30m of hard standing ground (additional hose can be provided with prior notice). The job will usually be completed within 5 -10 working days and we would require payment prior to our attendance. Quotations are valid for 14 days. Should you wish to proceed or require further information, please do not hesitate to contact us. This includes 1000 gallons which is usually sufficient, however any additional gallonage will be discussed with you before any additional costs are incurred.

You have advised that you require a basic survey which includes: - Carrying out an assessment of your current tank and discharge to advise if the system is compliant including x1 hour onsite - Report on compliance of your system - Report on condition of your system - Remedial options and costs if required - Dye test of all accessible downpipes/guttering at ground level Please note that the results may be inconclusive depending on the normal working levels within the tank, access to the outlet and access to the downpipes. If you have had any issues in the past with your unit, we would recommend that you have a desludge of the system at the time of our visit as a minimum.
